01 Laser Navigation
An intelligent positioning and navigation system, compatible with both SLAM environmental navigation and reflector navigation. These two methods can be flexibly combined to adapt to various environments and achieve precise positioning. It features intelligent perception and obstacle avoidance for shared human-robot zones, automatic map switching, and smooth motion control.
02 Safety, Stability & Visual Management
Automatically detects pallet position and angle with positioning accuracy up to ±10mm. Utilizes 3D vision recognition + multi-level safety measures for 360° omni-directional spatial protection. Executes stacking, edge-line distribution, automatic loading/unloading, buffer zone transfer, and flat warehouse inbound/outbound operations, enhancing space utilization.
03 Vehicle Management System
The dispatch system interfaces with ERP and automated warehouse WMS (Warehouse Management System). Enables remote management and control for smart logistics. Provides end-to-end digital management of cargo and transport information. Automatically assigns tasks and coordinates 24/7 operations, executes optimal paths, and ensures full production traceability.
