Safety Protection

One-fold protection

The AGV automatically decelerates or stops with audible-visual alarms when its laser obstacle detection sensors identify road conditions ahead. As shown in the diagram:

Yellow zone detection: AGV decelerates.

Red zone detection: Immediate braking and full stop.

Double protection

If primary protection fails:

Manual intervention via emergency stopbutton on vehicle body triggers instant halt.

Triple protection

If both preceding protections fail:

AGV unavoidably contacts obstacle → Mechanical anti-collision mechanism activates → Immediate forced stop.

Fast Automatic Charging

Device introduction

The charging connection assembly consists of a base plate and current collector. The charger supplies current to the AGV’s onboard battery through the base plate.

When the AGV arrives at the charging station, the vehicle-mounted collector contacts the charging base plate to initiate charging.This system enables rapid energy replenishment during brief charging windows, allowing AGVs to operate continuously 24/7.

The AGV system employs an online fast-charging mode, which exclusively performs rapid charging on the battery pack.

It utilizes a CC-CV (Constant Current-Constant Voltage) method: the equipment first charges the battery at a user-defined constant current,then transitions to constant voltage charging. The entire process is automatically managed by the AGV control station.
